1. General

By accessing our website and purchasing products from SUNSET BUMS (the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

We offer two types of products:

  • Original products: Designed and produced exclusively by SUNSET BUMS.
  • Select / Drop-ship products: Sourced from third-party suppliers via Auto DS. Product details, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or manufacturing differences.

3. Shipping

We ship domestically within Japan and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Original products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please contact us at hello@sunsetbums.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Select / Drop-ship products: Returns are handled in accordance with each supplier's policy, and we will assist you throughout the process. Generally, returns are accepted only in cases of defect, damage, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if an issue arises.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Payment

We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may vary by region.

6. Limitation of Liability

SUNSET BUMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
