Return Period

  • Original products (Printful): within 14 days of receipt
  • Select / drop-shipping products (Auto DS): within 7 days of receipt

Returns requested after these periods may not be accepted.


Original Products (Printful)

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags attached
  • In original condition at the time of purchase

Return shipping costs for customer-initiated returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Select / Drop-shipping Products (Auto DS)

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered

If applicable, please contact us at hello@sunsetbums.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: covered by SUNSET BUMS
  • Customer-initiated returns: covered by the customer

International Returns

For returns from outside Japan, please note the following:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please use a tracked shipping method (we cannot be held responsible for lost returns)
  • Any customs duties or import taxes incurred during the return are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Refunds are processed in the currency of the original order. We cannot guarantee compensation for any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed items
  • Items with tags removed
  • Sale or final clearance items
