Terms and Conditions — SUNSET BUMS

1. General

By accessing the SUNSET BUMS website and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

We offer two types of products:

  • Original Products: Items uniquely designed and produced by SUNSET BUMS.
  • Curated/Dropshipped Products: Items sourced from third-party suppliers via Auto DS. Product details, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

While we strive to display product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or manufacturing differences.

3. Shipping

We offer shipping within Japan and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Original Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at [hello@sunsetbums.com]. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Curated/Dropshipped Products: Returns for dropshipped items are handled according to each supplier's policy. We will assist you with the process. Generally, returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if there is an issue.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Payments

We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. All transactions are securely processed. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may vary by region.

6. Disclaimer

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
